During the interrogation Sikandar told the police that he had raped many minor girls and he is not ashamed upon his doing, he told the police that 8 days before raping that 7 year old girl he had raped a 4 year girl in the same Sastri nagar, Jaipur.
According to the police investigation it has been found that 12 cases have been filed upon him previously mostly upon the accusation of rape. In 2014 he was sentenced life time imprisonment but somehow got a bail and just after the bail he again tried to rape two minor girls but some people dare to save those girls and call the police, when the police came to arrest him he attacked them with an Iron rod and flew away.
From his rented apartment the police have founded many children toys with a gun, the 7 year girl admitted that on the point of gun he raped her and after raping left her just outside her home, the same kind of pattern have been recorded by other minor girls who were unfortunately been attacked by this vicious animal. The police have also founded a copy inside his home in which on the very first page the had written “SIKANDAR MAUTH KA KAHAR” also he have drawn a sketch of himself behind the pages of copy. Currently the condition of the 7 year old girl is stable from outside,but the physiological imprints of the evil would take time to heal.

After the Enforcement Directorate’s request under the Prevention of Money Laundering (PMLA) Act the swiss authorities decided to freeze the accounts. The request was made on the ground that money was deposited in these bank accounts out of illegal funds siphoned off from Indian banks.
For those who don’t know, Nirav Modi is accused of defrauding state-owned Punjab National Bank (PNB) via fraudulent Letters of Undertaking (LoUs). Nirav Modi is in Wandsworth prison, since March this year while his bail pleas have been rejected several times.
Nirav was arrested on the basis of the extradition request of India and a Red Corner notice issued against him on the request of the CBI last year. He is believed to have arrived in London last year and was able to travel in and out of Britain at least four times since his passport was cancelled by the Indian authorities in February 2018.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim seeks parole of 42 days!
Dera Sacha Sauda, chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who is currently completing his 20-year jail term for raping two of his disciples, has sought a parole of 42 days, on the pretext to tender the fields.
A government official told,”We are awaiting a reply from central security and intelligence agencies and also from the Sirsa District Magistrate that whether his parole at this point in time is feasible or not”. The official said his parole could create law and order problem in the state at the time of his release and surrender later.
Ram Rahim was sentenced in August 2017 for 20 years in jail for raping two women and is currently lodged at the high-security Sunaria jail in Rohtak. As per the jail superintendent, Ram Rahim’s conduct in the jail is like a “disciplined inmate”. He could get the parole on this basis.
But no one can forget the horrors after his conviction on August 25, 2017, that had led to violence in Panchkula and Sirsa, leaving 41 people dead and over 260 injured.
BSP MP accused of Rape, Surrenders. sent to police custody.
Newly elected Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) lawmaker Atul Rai, who has been accused of rape, and was on a run since a month has surrendered before the judicial magistrate’s court in Varanasi on Saturday.
The judicial magistrate remanded the MP in 14-day judicial custody and sent him to jail.An FIR was registered against Atul Rai on May 1 on a complaint by a college student who had alleged that he took her home on the pretext of meeting his wife but sexually assaulted her.
Atul Rai, who has denied the rape allegations, had been on the run since the lodging of the FIR. In a facebook post uploaded before reaching the court, Rai accused authorities of exhibiting unusual expediency in dealing with the case, unlike several other cases of similar nature against prominent personalities.
The parliamentarian from the Ghosi constituency in Uttar Pradesh was declared absconder by the local court. The rape case originated when a Ballari girl lodged a complaint against him in Varanasi on May 2, a week after Rai had filed his nomination.
The Supreme Court had on May 27 refused to grant Atul Rai protection from arrest in the rape case while noting that 16 other criminal cases were pending against him.
Gujarat IPS Officer sentenced life imprisonment in torturing and murder case
Sacked IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt has been sentenced to life imprisonment on Thursday. A week after the Supreme Court refused to entertain sacked IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt’s plea to examine 11 additional witnesses in a 30-year-old custodial death case.
According to the case details, Bhatt, who was posted as additional superintendent of police in Jamnagar during the communal riots in 1990, was accused of torturing and killing a 40 years old man
Prabhu Vaishnani, one of the detainees, died in hospital during treatment of severe kidney damage on November 18, after he was released from police custody. Later, Prabhu’s brother Amrut Vaishnani lodged a complaint against Bhatt and other police personnel for custodial torture.
Bhatt was suspended in 2011 on charges of remaining absent from duty without permission and misuse of official vehicles and was arrested by CBI on September 5, 2018, in drug planting case of 1996.
After the complaint by Prabhu’s brother CID crime probed the case and found Bhatt guilty and in its statement said,” Vaishnani died due to Inhuman torture”. Five other policemen-sub inspectors Deepak Shah and Shailesh Pandaya and constables Pravinsinh Jethva, Anopsinh Jethva, Keshubha Jadeja- were also found guilty of custodial torture and were awarded two year jail term along with 10,000 fine.
The 34-year-old woman who filed a case against the actor Karan Oberoi accusing him of raping her has now been arrested by Mumbai police for staging a fake attack on herself. The victim had earlier alleged that she was attacked by two people who left a note asking her to take back the case.
the cops after the investigation found out that the victim had actually planned the whole attack on herself so that Karan Oberoi does not gets a bail. And so that she can gain solidarity of people.
While talking to Sudarshan news Senior police inspector Shailesh Pasalwad of Oshiwara police station said, Based on the confession and evidence we have arrested the victim. The woman will be soon produced in front of court for further investigations.
On May 25, Victim filed an FIR in which the victim had alleged that while on a morning walk she was attacked by two bike-borne accused. Attackers threatened her to attack with acid and also threw a note asking her to take back the case.

An Islamabad-based blogger and social media activist, Muhammad Bilal Khan, was killed on Sunday night.The 22-year-old Khan, who was with his uncle Ehtesham, was attacked, Khan was killed while his uncle was severely injured in the attack and is currently undergoing treatment.
Khan — who has over 16,000 followers on Twitter, over 48,000 on his YouTube channel and over 22,000 followers on Facebook — is known for criticizing ISI and the government.
The suspect used a dagger to murder Khan, said police, adding that the sound of firing was also heard from the area. Funeral prayers for Khan were offered in Abbottabad.
The late blogger’s phone is in police custody where the record is being accessed. Reacting to the incident the locals said that press freedom in pakistan is null and void if it is against the army and the ISI.

The incident which happened in delhi’s mukherjje nagar seems to be escalating after a video of sikh man fighting the cops has gone viral. In the video it can be seen the sikh man threatening the cops with his sword and then the cops trashing the man and his son on the road and then dragging them into the police station.
On Monday night, around 400 to 500 protesters gathered in front of mukherjee nagar police station and started protesting, demanding to sack all the cops involved in the incident. As reported earlier by Sudarshan News that three policemen have already been suspended for their unprofessional conduct and a formal investigation is going on.
A dozen of people were injured in the incident including the ACP, whom the mob attacked on sunday’s night. The protest which turned violent and resulted in the damage of at least 15 vehicles.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal visited the residence of the driver, Sarabjeet Singh. “The manner in which Singh was beaten was most brutal and barbaric, I condemn this assault,”Kejriwal said.

A video is going viral on internet in which it can be seen the cops brutally thrashing the man who pulled out a sword on a busy street in Mukherjee Nagar.
The incident was not clear as some videos showed the Gramin Sewa driver chasing policemen with a sword in his hand, while others showed policemen thrashing him with lathis in an attempt to overpower him.
While talking to Sudarshan News a senior police officer said, an accident between the tempo and a police vehicle occurred on Sunday evening, leading to an argument that soon turned violent. The officer said the tempo driver attacked police personnel on the head with a sword and also drove dangerously. The driver, however, accused the cops of thrashing him and his son mercilessly.
The incident turned political, with BJP MLA from Rajouri Garden Manjinder Singh Sirsa claiming that the policemen insulted the man by attacking his turban. Sirsa, a member of the Shiromani Akali Dal, was protesting outside the Mukherjee Nagar police station until late on Sunday.
Three policemen have been suspended for their unprofessional conduct in handling the matter and further legal action will be taken on the basis of the enquiry which will be conducted by Deputy Commissioner of Police (northwest) Vijayanta Arya and additional DCP and ACP of the district.

I demand an impartial probe into the whole incident & strict action against the guilty. Protectors of citizens can’t be allowed to turn into uncontrolled violent mobsters.”
Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh also hit out at the Delhi Police and asked Home Ministries intervention in the matter. “Shameful incident of @DelhiPolice ruthlessly beating up Sarabjeet Singh & Balwant Singh over a petty issue. Request HM @Amit Shah to ensure justice,” the senior Congress leader said in his tweet.
